What it means to you?

Regulation D effects the amount of withdrawals and transfers that can be made from your share account on a monthly basis. Effective immediately you will only be allowed to have (6) six withdrawals of any type from your share account per month.  If the Credit Union sees that you are incurring more than that, according to the regulations we are going to have to ask you to open a share draft account to accomodate your banking needs. 

This is a Federal Regulation, that means to have you using your share accounts the way they were designed to be used, as a savings account.

 New Loan Rates Effective January 1, 2010

Auto Loans - 4.00% - 4.99%

Signature Loans - 8.00% - 9.99%

Second Mortgages

5 years - 4.50%

10 years - 5.00%

15 years - 5.25%

Share Pledge Loans - 6.99% 

Share Rates

$100.00 - $4,999.99 = 1%

$5,000.00 and over = 1.25%

Share Draft (Checking) Accounts = .50%
